Energy Consultant: Candidate must have experience in High Performance Building Consulting (Net Zero, Carbon Neutral, Living Buildings, etc..), LEED Documentation Support, Code Required Energy Compliance, Utility Company Consulting (PUC and IOU rebate programs), ASHRAE Type Energy Audits and Performance Contracting – (Investigating potential opportunities for teaming with contractors to provide turn key energy efficiency projects.)
HVAC Project Manager: 5-10 years of experience in commercial, healthcare, education and laboratory projects. B.S.M.E. concentrating in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Engineering license and LEED certification preferred. AutoCAD, Revit, EnergyPro skills an advantage. Good oral and written communication skills required.
