Elizabeth Howe Quilter Community Center and Senior Center. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, meeting/multi-purpose rooms, dance studio, offices and restrooms. Approximately 16,200 SF Total, (8,200 SF Senior Center & 8,000 SF Community Center), single-story above one level of partially subterranean parking structure. The project incorporated natural daylighting and natural ventilation throughout.
