Newport Technology Center

This 450,000 SF campus, located on a 17-acre site in Newport Beach, takes advantage of its ocean views with large picture windows located on the second and third floors of the R&D buildings. tk1sc provided electrical engineering, architectural lighting design, fire alarm system design, and utility company consulting services for this project.
