Global Foundries
The first generation tenant improvement project consisted of the finish out of approximately 140,000 SF within the newly constructed 168,000 SF six-story office building. The tenant is occupying five of the six floors(1, 2, 3, 5 and 6), leaving the 4th floor unoccupied pending future expansion. The space is comprised of open as well as private offices, board room, training rooms, conference rooms, break rooms and other miscellaneous support rooms. tk1sc performed commissioning services to meet the California Green Building Code(CALGreen).
