This project includes a 50,000 SF City Hall building, a 20,000 SF Library, a 40,000 SF Law Enforcement facility with a 193 KW photovoltaic system, and a 63,000 SF Municipal Government facility with a 291 kW photovoltaic system. The sustainable design of these buildings is both environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing to the community. tk1sc provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, architectural lighting design, security systems design, fire alarm system design, telecommunications systems design and utility company consulting services for this project.
