Incentive and Rebate Support
Our team has experience with local, state, and national incentive programs related to energy and water savings. We also have unique expertise and experience assisting our clients with their Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program applications and completing California Utility Allowance Calculations (CUAC). Other programs/providers we have provided support for include LADWP, EETAP, SCE, SDG&E, PG&E, RCx, and more.
We have helped several of our clients support their projects with a variety of incentives and rebates. Whether your project is a new or an existing building; commercial or residential, we can offer the support you need to achieve those incentives. Our team members will work with you during the application process, perform the needed calculations or simulations, and act as a liaison between you and the provider. Our staff is experienced with residential programs such as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and California Utility Allowance Calculations (CUAC).
Several of our non-residential clients have earned incentives through LADWP’s Energy Efficiency Technical Assistance Program (EETAP). This program offers up to a 100% reimbursement for energy audits, technical services, and program management costs. We can guide you through the application process, estimate the amount of incentives available and conduct the energy audit of your building. Many times the EETAP reimbursements will cover a portion, if not all, of the energy audit.
Our team has experience with the major Southern California utility providers and incentive programs. Our wide range of services allows us to perform energy audits, energy analysis, calculations, and simulations required to achieve incentives and rebates.
