Dear Clients and Industry Partners,

We wanted to reach out and provide you an update as to how tk1sc is responding to the ongoing COVID-19 national emergency.  Our highest priority at tk1sc is the well-being of our people, clients, industry partners, and all our families.  We have activated and are executing our Emergency Response Plan, with a focus on our employees’ health, and we look forward to preserving our relationship with you in servicing our ongoing projects and providing the quality of service you have come to expect from tk1sc.  Some of the ways we are proactively managing this fluid situation are:

Regional Office Status:

Our Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, and Riverside offices are all currently open; however, we are limiting non-essential visitors to these offices.  At these locations, we are offering remote work-from-home alternatives for our team members to ensure their health and continued productivity.  All our employees are available by email, office phone extension, or cell phone during this time.

Our San Jose and Irvine offices are in an area where the governmental agencies have determined as a COVID hotspot, so we have officially closed this location.  All our employees at this location are in a mandated “shelter in place” environment in their homes; however, they are all using our remote work-from-home alternative.  All our employees are available by email, office phone extension, or cell phone during this time.

Travel

We are routinely checking guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State and Local public health agencies.  We have implemented non-essential travel restrictions for the foreseeable future that prohibit the use of public transportation. We intend to limit our in-person attendance at project-related meetings, presentations, and similar gatherings.

Technology

We are confident that as implement our remote work alternative, our robust technology platforms will support our continued operations in meeting your project requirements and deadlines.  Our tk1sc teams are very experienced in remote and virtual collaboration through these advanced technologies and operational preparation. We will remain flexible in how to respond and quickly adapt to our commitment to supply exceptional service.

We recognize the value of our relationships and through our mutual collaboration, we can do our part to help mitigate the health-related challenges that surround us, while still supplying industry-leading support on our projects.

As circumstances evolve, we will continue to communicate with you about any status update as needed.

We look forward to responding to any questions you may have during this unprecedented time.
