StudioK1 is pleased to welcome Jeremy Windle to our team as a Senior Designer. Jeremy joins StudioK1 with 20 years of experience at two of the leading lighting design firms in Los Angeles.  Jeremy started his career in entertainment, assisting on television shows such as Entertainment Tonight, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, as well as concert tours for John Mellencamp and Steely Dan.

Transitioning into themed entertainment and architecture, Jeremy applied the same lighting techniques and technologies to permanent installations including The Experience Music Project in Seattle, Hershey’s Chocolate World visitor center, the LAX Gateway Pylons, and theme park attractions for Paramount Kings Island, and Universal Studios in Orlando, Hollywood and Singapore.

In addition to themed entertainment projects, Jeremy has worked as the lead lighting designer on conventional projects, including the Cabrillo Marina and Downtown Harbor for the Port of Los Angeles, as well as destination hospitality and retail projects for Simon Properties, MGM Resorts and Caruso Affiliated.

Coming from an entertainment and stage technician background, Jeremy has extensive experience with lighting, building and show automation systems, as well as real world experience in implementing these systems in the built environment.
