We are pleased to announce that tk1sc has joined forces with WSP, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. As part of WSP, tk1sc will be able to leverage a vast national and international network of experts and resources to bring to our clients’ projects throughout the U.S. and worldwide.

tk1sc joins WSP’s U.S. property and buildings practice – the largest building engineering firm in North America, as well as the largest pure-play engineering firm serving healthcare clients, and the second-largest engineering firm serving the science + technology market.

Commenting on the transaction in a joint statement, tk1sc CEO Roger Carter and CFO Ray Swartz said, “Becoming a member of WSP is great news for our company and employees. By joining WSP, we will be able to provide additional opportunities for employees to grow, expand our client base, and play a key role in further developing WSP’s building sector on the West Coast.”
