Ted brings more than 30 years of experience in numerous fire protection arenas, including system design, full-scale fire testing, code consulting, computer fire and egress modeling, and as an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for local municipalities and Federal government agencies. These Federal efforts have included full-time staff augmentation positions at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) performing design reviews, test witness services, and facility assessment activities centered on fire system and life safety deficiencies.
Ted continues performing design reviews, consulting to industrial clients, and designing fire suppression and alarm systems for government and commercial facilities, including office, hospital, residential, theme park, research laboratories, K-12 and higher education facilities.
