Located near a 100-acre downtown Fremont revitalization area, this retail center developer, Robson Homes, aims at bringing a high-end grocery option to the city. With architecture by Kenneth Rodriguez & Partners, StudioK1 was commissioned to light the site and exterior facades of the 1940’s “old cannery” style brick building that houses a 52,000 square foot Whole Foods and retail shops.
