He has over 30 years of experience in the planning, engineering, and design and construction of MEP systems for a broad range of market sectors. Bill’s experience includes significant work in the fields of energy and infrastructure, science and technology, higher education, healthcare, electronics, and biotechnology. He has led several complex engineering projects as prime, and managed multidisciplinary design teams from concept planning and programming through engineering design and completion of construction.
