Jeremy Windle
Senior Director - Lighting Studio

Jeremy has been tinkering with light for most of his life. He started his lighting career with a summer job as a lighting technician and designer at Sea World in San Diego, California, while pursuing his Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication at Emerson College. His studies included a concentration on lighting for stage and broadcasting, as well as extensive work as a theatre technician and lighting designer for the Performing Arts Department. After graduation, he worked as an assistant lighting designer on theme park projects, theatre events, television shows such as Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, and concert tours for John Mellencamp and Steely Dan.

With 26 years of design and construction administration experience, Jeremy has created designs for hospitality, multi-family housing, retail, site lighting, and a number of higher education projects, specializing in broadcast and performing arts environments. Jeremy has an extensive working knowledge of energy and electrical codes; emergency lighting requirements and execution; and lighting controls for new and retrofit applications. As a Senior Director of the Los Angeles Lighting Studio, Jeremy is involved in all stages of the design process, from conceptual design, through specification and coordination with other consultants and trades, to final commissioning.
