Cost-effective, adaptive re-use, and energy efficient solutions are used throughout the project to minimize cost and carbon footprint, and to provide for a LEED CI Gold certification, while supporting the Taco Bell brand with its energy, sense of play and strong corporate identity. The lighting design received recognition for design excellence from the IES. Architecture by LPA, Inc., interior architecture by Luckett and Farley, with full MEP services by tk1sc.
