As a specialist in architectural lighting design, Eileen’s passion for lighting the built environment is evident in her work. For the SAP Innovation Center & HanaHaus in Newport Beach, CA as well as our own office in Irvine, Eileen’s vision earned her awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society of America, IESNA. She was integral in the $100 million re-imagining of the open-air lifestyle center, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, where her lighting inspirations evoke a welcoming, high-end shopping experience. With a background in theatre lighting as master electrician and stage lighting designer, Eileen keeps what’s important in the light. Other award-winning, iconic projects include the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, California; the Hubbell Lighting Inc. Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Game Works throughout the United States. Current projects include Mt. San Antonio Collage Student Center in Walnut, CA; Avalon Alderwood Apartments in Lynnwood, WA; and Healthpeak Zentalis TI in San Diego, CA.
