The Cerebral Palsy Center at Rady Children's Hospital is one of the nation's most comprehensive programs dedicated to caring for children and adults with cerebral palsy. The all-inclusive renovation of this 7,094 square-foot OSHPD-3 primary care clinic encompasses the design and build-out of three unoccupied suites and connecting corridor on the first floor of the RCHSD medical office building located in San Diego, California. The project includes a motion analysis laboratory, control station, twelve clinic rooms, workspaces, research offices, prep, cast, lab, x-ray, and staff rooms with a front desk, reception, and waiting area. tk1sc provided mechanic, electrical, plumbing systems, and fire sprinkler design services.
